.. Danny helped us find a condo for my daughter in the Hollywood area. His friendly approach, and tireless energy to find just the right place was incredible. We enjoyed going around town looking at places, he was very patient even when we wanted to see the place for the third time. His knowledge of construction also helped us to know what to look out for, he was very helpful pointing out things that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise. He was like a good friend to work with. We would highly recommend Danny, and we would definitely consider him again in the future.

"My husband and I met Danny one afternoon when we were still in the "let's hop in the car and ride around looking for open houses" phase of the process, and nowhere near ready or looking for an agent. His warm, genuine nature was what allowed me to put my guard down enough (we had come across some real hard-sellers) to engage in a lengthy conversation with him about the market, the Santa Clarita area, what steps we should be taking besides saving money, etc. Once we were back in the car, we discovered that we liked him so much that within minutes of talking with him, we had both independently decided we wanted to work with him when the time came.It was actually a year before we were seriously ready to shop, but over those 12 months Danny kept us on his radar and entertained our random questions. He even took us out and showed us places when we were *almost* ready to shop. This is a guy who isn't afraid of legwork, and really seems to enjoy his job.Cut to shopping time. We entered the market when there was very little inventory, contingency removal was the norm, not the exception, and investors were cleaning up what few homes there were in our price range. Undeterred, Danny kept sending us listings, looking up whatever we sent his way, and tirelessly facilitating showings for us.Never once did Danny show any sign of frustration, impatience, negativity...nothing of the sort. (In fact, he even went along with my need to eat Mexican food every day.) Everything he did was out of genuine care for what we wanted, what our budget was - it was as if we were family members and he was looking out for us. We were truly grateful for his knowledge of construction, and we learned quickly what to look for beyond the cosmetic and into the bones of the house.After being outbid on three homes, we ended up landing the one we really were meant to have. The others we liked all had something that we needed to let go of, or settle for, whereas this one had everything. Needless to say, it had been a challenging road, and the three of us were all happy that part was over.That is, until it came to dealing with the seller's agent...This guy made things unnecessarily difficult. Throughout the whole closing process, Danny maintained his professionalism and cool, in spite of how the seller's agent treated him and the obstacles he created. We had a credit coming to us, and this guy played games with it. No matter how much I wanted to strangle the agent, Danny just laughed him off, got our deal closed on time, and met us with our credit and the keys to our new home.Working with Danny will get you more than a realtor. It will get you a friend."

In the case of our home we could depend on Danny to take care of the largest issues, and the finest details. We also had a situation where we had to leave the area prior to the house being sold and we were able to trust Danny with the entire process of prepping the house for sale, all the various minor repairs, showing the house, and finally negotiating the sale of the house.
